Lovely hotel right in the middle perfect for exploring Beautiful Verona. When we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a suite. Plenty of choice at breakfast. If we go back to Verona we will definitely book Hotel Bologna.

We have just returned from a fabulous 7 night stay at the wonderful Hotel Bologna. Primarily we chose Verona as a base to explore northern Italy, but Verona has so much to offer! The location of the hotel is fantastic as it’s a stones throw from the piazza bra. Everything is in walking distance and there are so many streets to explore in the city. The funicular has spectacular views of the city and is well worth the 3euros return! Now back to the hotel… Our room was 230 and it everything we had hoped for. The room was comfortable, well furnished and had a lovely view into piazza bra. The staff were excellent from the receptionists to the fantastic breakfast team and all of the support staff. I’d highly recommend Hotel Bologna and hope to visit

Great room just off the Arena, so you are just enough off the main tourist drag for a quiet stay but easy to jump in the action when you’re ready. Service was great and the room was comfortable.

"Great location but watch out for noise "

Lovely hotel and location but wow the noise from the bar opposite was challenging. Being on the first floor and with the air conditioning off due to the time of year we had to open the window for cool air but the noise kept us awake every night. If you stay ask for a room on a high floor. Breakfast was amazing - the staff were so friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and nicely designed. Housekeeping was excellent
