Really loved this hotel. Great staff, who went out of their way to get you checked-in and make sure you knew what the hotel had to offer. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and of course the "Juliet Balcony". The room was large, clean and comfortable. The minibar was stocked and free. There was a fully stocked "snack drawer" in the room, which was also free. There is a hot tub for 2, which can be booked in advance. We did not use it but seems like a very nice amenity. Reception desk closes at night but you also have private access to the Juliet Courtyard at night, which seems like a fair tradeoff to me.

Sehr nettes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Arena. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und komfortabel.

Dusche etwas klein.

Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor unserer Anreise wurden unsere Anfragen schnell und professionell beantwortet, was direkt einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war das Team stets aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer da, wenn man Unterstützung brauchte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die perfekte Lage des Hotels. Alles ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Man merkt, dass hier grosser Wert auf guten Service und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es jedem mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
