Недалеко от жд вокзала, брали отель с учетом дальнейшего передвижения по стране , и региону. Съездили на озеро Гарда. Было удобно возвратится после насыщенного дня.

Несмотря на заявленное сайтом , что сумма за три ночи включает все налоги и сборы, отель прислал запрос на оплату налога туристического . После несогласия , написали, что входит в цену. Могли бы в номере ставить приветственную бутылку воды.

Great location if you’re planning to take trips to other cities since it’s close to Verona Porta Nuova train station. Also, airport shuttles arrive and departure from that station. You can easily reach city center in about 20/30 min if you don’t mind walking, which I recommend…wandering through Verona streets and alleys or along Adige River margins it’s a lovely experience! Really nice breakfast with loads of options…definitely a great plus! Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms!

Despite having no issues during our stay it felt weird, uncomfortable and even a bit unsafe to not be able to lock the room door from the inside and outside! You can only close the door with the latch (which will still requires your key to enter the room) but you won’t be able to lock your room door…the deadbolt won’t work! We’ve reached out the reception and staff regarding this issue and we’re told that every room door in the hotel was like that…that there was CCTV in hallways and 24h reception! Still that’s something you’re not expecting from a Hotel…you should always be able to lock your door from the inside and outside! For that reason only, I can’t rate our stay more than a 6 out 10! PS: Hotel reply is not true! As you may be aware (if you simply travel with frequency) in any hotel you’re able to lock your room door! In fact, this was the first time we’ve faced this! I’m sure there is safety regulations to attend but the same way they can use the key to enter your room to clean it, they can also use it to unlock the door! If not maybe just improve the hotel doors and find another solution! I’m sure that in any other hotel we’ve stayed, with fewer and higher stars, where we’re able to lock the doors, safety parameters were being fulfilled! Just a poorly excuse from the hotel and for that reason I’m changing the rating to 5 out of 10! Don’t make excuses and accept guest complains and recommendations and try to improve from it!

Lovely staff, v convenient location to station and town, clean with the bonus of an excellent breakfast.
