hotel poco accogliente e personale della reception con la battuta facile. Poco professionale.

Personale disponobile e preparato,ristorante assolutamente da provare

Purtroppo le camere a tre posti sono nel residence accanto alla tangenziale e dovendo dormire con la finestra aperta perché l'aria condizionata non era attiva (secondo il personale il comune non aveva dato ancora il permesso per accenderlo !!!) si sentiva troppo il traffico. In compenso la colazione è stata ottima e abbondante.

We checked in and checked out about twenty minutes later. The room was stifling hot and very outdated. The halls were dim and the room was musty. We felt misplaced, for our room was in what appeared to be a residential building. On a positive note, the staff were professional.

Hotel decisamente molto gradevole. Raggiungibile facilmente dall'autostrada a dieci minuti dal centro di Vicenza .Parcheggio anche al coperto. Area verde esterna molto apprezzata dalla mia cagnolina per cui ho dovuto pagare il supplemento. Camera piacevolmente arredata (sui toni caldi del marrone) con vista sul giardino, materasso molto comodo. A pavimento c'è legno. Camera calda. Bagno anche e dotato di phon a parete, sapone, doccia schiuma, cuffia da bagno e spugnetta lucidascarpe. Doccia comoda, con doccino regolabile in altezza. Frigo con acqua offerta dalla direzione. Alle finestre non ci sono tapparelle ma delle tende oscuranti sufficienti per togliere la luce a mio avviso al 90%. Televisone e wi-fi. Tutto molto pulito. Ben fornito e presentato il piano a buffet per la prima colazione: dolce, salata (preparano anche al momento le uova strapazzate ben fatte :-) ) frutta varia e c'è anche l'angolo dei prodotti senza glutine e di sera si cena benissimo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unica nota dolente, la confusione di una comitiva alle sei del mattino...ma qui, sta tutto all'educazione delle persone...Io comunque ci ritornerei, anche solo per la simpatia del personale.

A lonely hotel, far from the town, with no restaurants or closed supermarket. It hardly deserves 3 stars. Rooms are small, rest rooms are small, shower cabinet is minimal. The soap you get is so small you loose it between your fingers. The advantage is free parking, but approach from the Autostrade requires a dangerous U-turn.

the hotel is clean... small rooms we wanted room for 3 but basically it was a normal room with extra bed so we had no room to move or put the suitcases in the room. free good wifi. the breakfast was poor and basic with very bad service we had to search for a clean plate every morning and ask several times for fork and knife, we had to ask for glasses and bread... there is a near restaurant which is very nice, tasty and with good service.

Solid hotel. Clean, yet a little worn. Friendly staff and good location for work purposes. Attached restaurant is excellent as well.

En general, todo muy bien!

The hotel it is close to the center and it has a free parking for the guests of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and cozy. Overall this is a good hotel for travelling on business.
