Relax Hotel Erica was a stellar choice for us. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was delightful and comfortable. We actually chose to spend an extra night. Just loved it and Asiago!

Stayed here at the Relax Hotel Erica in May for a couple of nights. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The Hotel is centrally located and reasonably comfortable. Fortunately the room was very warm and was clean which is very important. Breakfast was very good, service in dining room was not particularly friendly. Room for 3 was very small with very little space for our things (we had 3 small 55cm suitcases and 3 small backpacks. If booking I would suggest the back section of the hotel as the noise from the front could be a problem if windows were open...fortunately we had the windows closed due to the weather so was cosy inside. I would best describe the Hotel as average.

the rooms on the road are noisy, the rooms on the back are also not very quiet . from 6 am the road noise is significant. since there is no ventilation one has to leave the window open, hence it is not very quiet . pool very very small. breakfast so and so

If you'd like to know how is changing the face of this mountain location, have a stop at this hotel. Alberto and his wife are introducing a new approach inspired by well-being mixed with tradition. The rooms have renovated furniture and bathroom with cromo-therapy light; a new wellness area is under construction but a strong point is the restaurant service and its new philosophy: ingredients are "km zero", raw materials came from certificate supply chain; the menu runs vegan dishes; an assortment of fresh and cooked vegetables is available every lunch and dinner. Some examples I tried: wholewheat flour lasagna with Finferli mushrooms and Asiago cheese DOP ( protect origin denomination); pumpkin soup with pumpkin seeds toasted bread ; assortment cheese with honey and marmalades and banana pie (delicious).

I chose the hotel for the team to stay at as it is only 50 metres or so from the rink, and would happily rate it more than 5 out of 5 for everything! We were all thrilled with the choice as it is a wonderful hotel that is also close to great shopping in the pedestrian mall. The rooms were spotless and each had a fridge ( supermarket very close up the street) and kettle.The cleaners did a fantastic job as hockey players are not known for their tidiness. The owners were VERY accommodating, and did everything to help us, such as changing meal times, serving light breakfast then a brunch on early game days, and late dinners as well. The boys have never eaten so well, with 3 courses for lunch and dinner plus a cooked breakfast buffet! They were even happy to organise birthday cakes when asked. I don't know how they do it for the price. The restaurant staff were really wonderful too and kept bringing food out to replace any empty plates. I have never stayed anywhere that could match this hotel for service and I travel a lot. Nothing was a trouble and everything was done with a smile. Alberto, his wife and children are real treasures as are all of his staff. I would return in a heartbeat and all of the glowing reviews really are well deserved.
