"Exceptional"

This was our second stay at Hotel Europa and we will stay here again. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Some staff speak German and English as well which was a nice plus. Perfect location, amazing terrace, close parking, A++++ breakfast. Room was large and had a small terrace. Kids loved the slippers in the room.

"Great staff, location and room however no pool!"

I cannot complain about the condition of the hotel, its location, the breakfast or the staff. All were fantastic. However the cover image and name of the Hotel suggest there is a Pool. There is not! At all! Also there are pictures of mountain bikes and a statement that the Hotel offers complimentary bike hire. I presumed that the bike hire was to the standard shown in the pictures. They were not! 2 of the biggest reasons for booking this hotel was the pool and bike hire and both of which were not available which is extremely disappointing to also very misleading!

"great hotel"

This hotel is situated in a great location in Riva. We took a room with a view to the lake,it was very beautiful. There is no noise from outside. Good restaurants close by. Little pool on the roof. Friendly staff. I recommend this hotel.

"Excellent location"

Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, attractions. Clean and friendly. Not luxurious but you don't go to Lake Garda to spend time in your room. Breakfast was great too.
