Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Hotel mit perfekter Lage

The quality of the hotel was lower than we expected. The location was good but hotel itself was unupdated. Glandly there is Riva's activities and beautiful city center right at the door. The room was big but unpleasent and with no personality. The pool in the hotel is like a joke, it's a small bucket on the roof with the view of the driveway. There is water and room so little that you can barely get yourself wet. Breakfast has a lot of options of sweets, but not so much of fresh vegetables and fruits nor it has gluten-free options at all. The parking is additional charged.

Other than a lack of coffee maker and ice, it is a wonderful hotel. There is reduced rate parking but the process is awful. Out of frustration, we just paid full price. Evidently if they have your cars plate number, a camera will read it and let you in. It didnt work for us. Location is fabulous, breakfast is good and the room is comfortable.

Oikein positiivinen kokemus, siisti ja ilmastointikin toimi. Hyvä sijainti ihan ytimessä, runsas aamiainen ja aikaiselle lähdölle saimme aamupalan mukaan. Järvinäköala huoneesta oli kaunis mutta maksoi melko paljon.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Lage direkt an einer Bergstrasse, dadurch kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Klimaanlage kühlt nicht. Terrassenpool außer Betrieb. Wird nirgends erwähnt

Parking not that convenient

Dejligt hotel med. fin mindre pool. Lækker morgenmad og god service. Parkering i P-hus få 100 meter fra hotellet t/ 15 euro pr.dag.

Hotel che si pone ai vertici di categoria per ampiezza camera, pulizia e gentilezza del personale. Il luogo è paradisiaco per vista e tranquillità. Il parcheggio è nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazioni luculliane..

Ottimo Hotel ci ritornerò

Bra läge. Bra frukost ute på en terass med utsikt över Gardasjön. Nära till stort utbud av restauranger. Mycket svårt att hitta parkering, inom 1km från hotellet, trots att det i beskrivningen stod att hotellet erbjuder parkering samt garage.
