Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Gepäck kann kostenfrei abgestellt werden und wird auf's Zimmer gebracht, wenn dieses vor der Check in Zeit noch nicht fertig vorbereitet sein sollte. Als Aufmerksamkeit für den Gast gibt es zu jeder Zeit gratis Apfelstrudel am Empfang.

Beim Frühstück eher unpersönlich. Zimmer gut, aber Duschgel wurde nicht nachgefüllt, so dass es beim Duschen alle war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus eher nicht angemessen. Handtuchwechsel nur, wenn Handtücher auf dem Boden gelegt werden. Einen Hinweis haben wir leider nicht gefunden. TV Empfang erfolgte via Internet und stockte mehrfach.
