Wir konnten die Räder in einer abgeschlossen Garage abstellen!

Mit den Fahrrädern war das Hotel etwas schwierig zu erreichen. Das Hotel sieht eher alt und renovierungsbedürftig aus. Beim Frühstück gabs keine große Auswahl

Location

First, I noticed a significant error on my credit card statement. It appears my card was charged three times for the reception services. , I wanted to mention that the air conditioning unit in my room was not functioning properly during my stay, which made the room quite uncomfortable.

Beim Check-in wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Übernachtung versehentlich doppelt abgebucht wurde und der zu viel gezahlte Betrag zeitnah erstattet wird. Trotz schriftlicher Nachfrage und Bestätigung des Hotels ist nach rund einem Monat noch keine Rückerstattung erfolgt. Eine weitere Rückmeldung habe ich ebenfalls nicht erhalten.
