الموقع ممتاز والغرفة واسعة

الافطار اقل من عادي والتكييف سيء جداً ولا يبرد بالشكل المطلوب وبالنسبة لدورة المياه طريقة الشاور غبية جداً وغير عملية. موظفة الاستقبال حاولت ان تدفعني سعر الاقامة مرة اخرى عن تسجيل الخروج ولكنني نبهتها ان المبلغ مدفوع بالفعل فإدعت انها لم تنتبه ان الحجز كان عن طريق بوكينغ وان المبلغ مدفوع مسبقاً !

Netter kleiner Spa Bereich.

Im EG ist eine Bar, dort wird bis spät in der Nacht laute Musik angespielt. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war dies sehr störend.

"Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt im Hotel und in Bruneck sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder."

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage ist optimal. Vom Hotel sind Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bars zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir konnten unsere Wagen in der anliegenden Tiefgarage parken und konnten durch die Garage ins Hotel gehen.

Der Service an der Hotelbar ist verbesserungswürdig. Obwohl sehr wenig Betrieb war mussten wir auf die Mitarbeiter zugehen um ein Getränk zu bestellen.

"War vor einigen Jahren bestimmt ein tolles Hotel. Jetzt muss aber was passieren!"

Tolle Lage, sehr ansprechende Bar, sehr freundliches Personal Tiefgarage super!

Ist ein bisschen „altbacken“…. Trotzdem sehr „edel“! Leider hat man bemerkt, dass in unserem Zimmer früher geraucht wurde…. Unsere Kleider rochen nach nur einer Nacht nach Rauch. Schade! Bitte dringend alle Stoffutensilien (Vorhänge, Couchkissen, Teppiche etc.) erneuern!

"Sehr schönes Hotel"

Überaus nette junge Damen an der Reception. Parkhaus, Fahrrad- und separater Skiraum. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Alles top.

Portionen im Restaurant viel zu gross. Für Autos keine Hotelvorfahrt erlaubt, möglich wäre es.
