Essen war sehr lecker, auch vegane Produkte gab es (Crossaints , Butter etc., lediglich hafermilch für das Müsli habe ich vermisst oder nicht gesehen).

The room is too small

Loved the waiter for breakfast and dinner. Never got his name but awesome guy. Same for the bartender who would serve us two beers every evening after our hikes.

Staff at the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. The lift is constantly spoilt and we were made to walk up and down the 4 floors throughout our trip. On the day of the check out, the lift was again spoilt and the reception acted nonchalant when we highlighted that our luggages were on the 4th floor. Claimed that the lift would take one hour to fix and did not offer to help with the luggages. We lifted the luggages all the way down 4 floors and then the lift started working when we reached the first floor. In additon, the rooms were old and are bare (no coffee, no water, no kettle, no safe). The wellness area is also old and you have to pay to rent bathrobes that they don’t change. Very bad experience and stay at your own risk.
