Прекрасно, уютно място. Късна закуска - изключително вкусна и разнообразна храна. Много мил и услужлив персонал.

Стаята ни беше близо до рецепция и беше малко шумно. А втората сутрин ни събудиха в 07:00 с прахосмукачка в коридора.

Tutto perfetto, staff gentilissimo, posizione molto comoda per il centro. Mi è piaciuta l'idea di non utilizzare i bicchieri usa e getta sia in camera che nell'area relax.

Hotel veramente bello, camera grande, spaziosa, personale sempre sorridente e a disposizione, colazione ottima, pulito, comodo per il centro, zona benessere bellissima

La piscina è molto bella ma la temperatura dell'acqua andrebbe alzata, perché risulta davvero fredda e non consente di rimanere per molto...altrimenti sarebbe stato un voto 10 completo

"Una piacevole sorpresa a pochi passi dal centro di Merano!"

La struttura ha tutto il fascino di uno splendido edificio d’epoca in cui la cura per i dettagli non passa inosservata, a pochi passi dal centro di Merano. Lo staff è professionale, gentile e attento. Le camere da letto sono comode e silenziose, nel nostro caso con uno splendido affaccio sulle montagne circostanti. Nota di merito in particolar modo per la colazione, davvero strepitosa!

Durante il week-end, con l’arrivo di un maggior numero di ospiti, suggerirei un maggior controllo da parte dello staff per l’area wellness.
