Wonderful. One thing: there is not an elfator available, so you must carry your bags yourself. Early checkout at 10:00AM.

The food was delicious - breakfast and dinner, beautiful spa and pool, staff is very friendly and helpful

Tha standard rooms are quite old,uncomfortable bed,pillow and blanket, ugly plastic broken bathroom equipment

Really exceeded expectations and 4.5 star property w 3 star rating . 5 star restaurant- super efficient and friendly staff . Small very intimate quiet relaxing place

Be prepared for nudity in spa area - but that’s normal for area

"Magnificent, delightful, charming stay in the mountains!"

We loved everything about Hotel Platz! Such a charming unexpected delight, so close to Ortisei and Val Gardenia! The food and staff were exceptional~ always a delicious breakfast and dinner, w a warm welcome from staff. They couldn’t do enough for you! We definitely plan to make Platz part of our plans when we travel again! And the views!! Incredible! Each day, they put together a little daily menu, which included hiking trails in the area~ just wonderful! We will be back!

Our room was a little small, but the view was magnificent, w a lovely balcony. Nice and clean, great restaurant and housekeeping staff!

Place was very lovely. Friendly staff who were very welcoming. The rooms and facilities very clean and well maintained. Offered a free bus service down to the main town. We had a car so didn’t need to use but was nice to have the option. Free parking on site with lovely views of Ortesei. Breakfast was very nice too.

Hotel was slightly further out but meant it was a lot quieter. Hotel dinner was quite expensive and weren’t many cheaper options around as we were further from the town. Could offer a nicer gym facility only had a spin bike. Some of the staff didn’t speak much English so communication could be challenging.
