Posizione , personale cordiale e disponibile

Scarsa pulizia,( muffa sui serramenti) odore di fogna e scarico della doccia che fuoriesce nel bagno. Siamo stati collocati in una stanza vicino ai locali privati e non abbiamo potuto dormire bene perché si sentivano tutte le conversazioni e rumori possibili

"La struttura alberghiera peggiore in cui io sia mai stata."

Niente. Stanza terribile, mobilio vecchio e usurato, capelli nel letto. Camera maleodorante, bagno sporco. Pareti talmente sottili che ho passato la notte a sentire gli spostamenti di tutte le persone del piano.

La cordialità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Premurosi e volenterosi.

Premetto di avere già soggiornato in questa struttura lo scorso mese di settembre e di non avere avere avuto un'esperienza negativa. Questa volta invece è stato un disastro. Stanza gelida (mese di gennaio) senza acqua calda e riscaldamento. Il giorno successivo lo staff si è prodigato a trovare una nuova camera in cui funzionasse l'impianto di riscaldamento che però.... aveva il letto con la rete verosimilmente sfondata. Abbiamo dormito (POCHISSIMO) in una sorta si "buco"
