Nice and clean property. Great walkable location. If the property is equipped with a tea and coffee maker in the guest rooms would be much better.One other thing, the electrical outlets are in local European style only. It would be great if the hotel can provide electrical alternators for their guests.

"Cold receptionist on arrival."

Nice hotel... morning receptionist was exceptionally nice. Gentleman who checked us in could care less... not even a hello... asked iif there was any places to eat near by (it was 10 pm)... only response was he did not no nothing ? So not helpful - hope he owns the place - terrible guest impression for any review.

We had only 3 plastic cups and 2 small hand soaps in the washroom. Nothing was provided in the hotel. The hotel is quite old , but it is near the train station and easy to take shuttle to the cruise terminal.

It's near shopping and the port. It's the language barrier for staff if we have question about the room/amenities. The room/bathroom are spacious in fairness. Its alright for an overnight for the price.

My second time here. Stayed a few days before a cruise and a week after it. Lovely little low key gem, close to transportation, port, buses, trains and highways. I took advantage of their free parking with a rental car this time. Very safe and secure. Staff are friendly and very helpful, rooms are immaculately cleaned daily. And so close to bistros, restaurants, and a lovely waterfront park. View of sunsets over Mediterranean each night from my room were superb. Included morning continental breakfast 7-10am also very nice, having a little fridge in room very helpful. Bidet in bathrooms a very nice European touch. If back to Civitavecchia, I’d stay again.

In a very good position. Near railway. Handy for the cruise ships. Our room in the hotel wasn't in a good shape. The walls were bashed about a bit. Hand towels were linen, not towelling.
