Location

Hotel is very outdated. A/C is impossible to regulate. Lots of plumbing issues. Black mold near the ceiling in the bathroom. Stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It was pretty good. Not any more. Looks like they didn't invest in keep up a dime during last 10 years. This is definitely not a 4* hotel anymore.

"Beautiful hotel from the outside and very well located with less comfortable rooms"

The Hotel looks very nice from the outside. Very well located in the centre of Frascati. Breakfast was ok for the price.

The furniture of the rooms is quite old. There is a tiny TV set and during my stay the shower did not work at all and I had no possibility to have a shower. The hotel was fully booked and did not offer me any solution (nor a price reduction). Too expensive to not be able to even have a shower.
