Breakfast wasn't great. There were many different varieties of cake if you like that.

Need a toaster in breakfast room

J'ai réservé une chambre pour un collègue en oubliant de préciser son nom lors de la réservation. Résultat, il a été reçu, on lui a donné une autre chambre et fait (re)payé malgré qu'il ait précisé à la réception que sa chambre était déjà réservée et prise en charge par avance par moi-même. pour info, ils avaient mes coordonnées et auraient très bien pu m'appeler. J'ai l'impression qu'on s'est fait berner (en payant deux chambres pour 1 seule personne, moi en ligne finalement non occupée, lui directement à son arrivée qui lui a été attribuée). J'ai découvert la supercherie (?) trop tardivement, plusieurs jours après notre départ de Frascati, lorsque mon invité m'a demandé à se faire rembourser de sa chambre payée sur place..... Je suis passée à l'hotel récemment à l'occasion d'un autre séjour à Frascati, leur expliquant l'affaire et n'ont rien voulu entendre. Franchement, je ne sais pas bien quoi penser de l'honneteté de cet établissement.

The staff were charming and helpful. The cure from the terrace is superb.

The shower was not great but then that's very common.

The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near public transportation for commuting to Rome, with a train station just a hundred meters away. We stayed there for four nights, and our room was clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. The breakfast offered a typical Italian meal—nothing extravagant, just the same dishes served each day: boiled eggs, cheese, ham, and pastries. It was sufficient for us to start our day. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.

La disponibilità dello staff nell'accogliere la mia richiesta di cambio camera in quanto quella assegnata era troppo rumorosa, al primo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Mi hanno cambiato la camera con una al terzo piano con vista sulla città, molto più bella e confortevole.

Qualche capello per terra, va migliorata l'attenzione nella pulizia. Per colazione avrei gradito trovare del pane fresco.
