Quando si tratta di andare in vacanze, sono un po' esigente. Non abbiamo trovato un hotel, e si un posto dove ci siamo sentiti a casa, con personale professionale e gentile dalla reception alla sala colazioni. Ma in questo hotel "Calabattaglia" una persona in particolare ha catturato la nostra attenzione con la sua cordialità e gentilezza, si chiama "Mimo" l'autista e tuttofare, un uomo completo che ci trasportava più volte al giorno sempre con un grande sorriso.

Vogliamo anche ringraziare tutto il personale addetto alle pulizie, che ogni giorno al ritorno dalla spiaggia ci faceva trovare sempre le nostre camere pulite e profumate.

La colazione ricca, il personale gentilissimo, lo scenario sul mare una cartolina. Il servizio navetta per portarti al centro città è stato essenziale e utilissimo e ha funzionato molto bene. Ho trovato un ambiente professionale e familiare allo stesso tempo. Ottime anche le mie cene la sera davanti al mare, con una cucina varia e molto apprezzata. Camera pulita, in ordine, comoda.

La chambre était sale. Au bout d’une journée où elle était censée avoir été nettoyée, rien n’a été fait, la patronne nous a complètement ignorés… tout par Volo, dans cet établissement fuyez!
