Hotel położony w centrum miasta, ale w cichej małej uliczce, okna wychodzą między innymi na mały placyk. Blisko do centrum historycznego, portu, 15 minut pieszo do dworca Brignole. W okolicy 5-10 minut sklepy, kawiarnie i restauracje (także restauracja w samym hotelu). Pokój, cichy, czysty i wygodny, zaopatrzony w zestaw po parzenia herbaty. Łazienka dość duża i czysta. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, w szczególności obsługa bufetu śniadaniowego.

Śniadania bardzo dobre, brakuje jedynie warzyw np. pomidorów czy ogórków. W pokoju metalowe, trochę niefunkcjonalne szafki/stoliki nocne przy łóżku czy biurko, ale bardzo funkcjonalna garderoba.
