"Great stay in Genoa"

This was a fabulous location for the first time in Genoa. We walked to everything and explored this amazing City. The hotel was great ,spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast was really delicious. There was lots of Delicious local foods that were offered. And the one gal who made our coffees in the morning was just delightful. Front desk staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Just a few things of what to expect. There weren't blackout curtains so if you're susceptible to light. Might want a sleeping mask . There was a lift/ elevator which was great. But there are about 10 steps that you need to come up to from the entrance. There can be some Street noise. It is a very busy Piazza and there is a bus stop right out side of the hotel.We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!

Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, le personnel agréable et efficace toujours présent.

L'arrivée à l'établissement il faut monter des escaliers pas évident avec des valises, les chambres donnent sur une place très bruyant, nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes une de mes amis a dû annuler suite à un problème familial comme j'avais payé la totalité la chambre n'est pas remboursable j'avais réservé en octobre 2025 pour partir en avril 2026 je trouve ça dommage d'autant plus qu'en 6 mois il aurait pu la louer 100 fois au moins..
