The owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Safe parking lot for 10 euro per night. Great breakfast also.

Great hotel, helpful staff, good restaurant . Easy walk to ferry for trip to San fruttuoso and portofino .

Friendly, courteous staff, sea views, nice breakfast, nice inexpensive dinner menu. Upper rooms would be better to avoid traffic noise.

Beautiful view, surfers from our balcony, good restaurants nearby. If it rains, no problems...myriads of stores under the "portici" , in the whole city. One can eat, drink. shop in the rain and not get wet!! Portici are terrifick. We got five hotels from you,,, All very good except the 'TEMPORARY HOUSE' in Milan. A terrific city but the apt...... what a dump! Not your fault, but check out the places first!The price was as much as the oters.....

The hotel is clean and up to date, however it's right next to the train tracks and trains roll by all night and there is no double glazing. Internet connection stopped 10 feet either side of reception. Parking was public and charged at 50 cents an hour..... Breakfast was nice and service was excellent in the resturant. Our room was also right next to lift which didn't really help.

We flew into Milan and drove down to Chiavari to relax and get accustomed to the time change. The room and hotel was more than we expected. The street traffic was noisy during the day but quiet at night, we had a balcony and left the doors open all night. The property is convenient to the train station which we used to access Cinque Terre and Portofino. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very friendly and accommadating. The 5 Euro parking lot was next door, enclosed with key access and well lit. I would highly recommend this hotel.
