Hotel Stella Rapallo

Great location, close to the city and close to the beach. Nice rooftop terrace. Really friendly staff. A bit noise from the busy street.

Vi hade det toppen på Hotell Stella. Så trevliga människor som arbetar där och så service minded. Jag kommer lätt åka tillbaka. Vi fick många bra tips och rekommendationer och fick lämna bagaget på hotellet både innan och efter utcheckning. Rummet var bra och rent. Hotellet hade en underbar takterras där vi också kunde se raketer och sola. Vi lyckades pricka en festival som var där under 1-3 juli vilket var så roligt, det var extremt mycket fyverkerier och smällare som var fina att titta på och massa stånd med godis, smycken etc.

Hotellet var litet och gulligt i den fina staden Rapallo. Rummen var i den äldre modellen men fina och rena. Servicen var utmärkt, personalen var snabba med att ge råd och svara på frågor. Kommer varmt att rekommendera detta hotell till vänner och bekanta.

Only five minutes walk to the ferry terminal and the waterfront and easy access to both Cinque Terra and Portofino A very affordable option with owners that go the extra mile to ensure that you remember them and make your stay a good experience Comfortable rooms and a brilliant rooftop terrace with water view are a highlight and when we go back, we will certainly stay there again I left some clothes in the room and the owners couldn’t be more cooperative in arranging for it to come back to me

Lovely hotel in a great location near to shops and restaurants and only 3 minutes walk to the beautiful sea-front promenade. Our room was on the top floor - small elevator up to 4th floor and a few steps further to the 5th - with direct access to the large shared terrace, which had an amazing view and was the perfect place to relax with a drink and a good book in the late afternoon sun. The room itself was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed, TV, air-conditioning, and good-sized fridge that chilled our drinks perfectly. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast option, so can't comment on the range/quality, but we did enjoy a lovely limoncello from the bar one evening, and also gratefully accepted a couple of espressos when we first arrived and were waiting for the room to be ready - a lot earlier than the official check-in time, thanks to the extremely helpful staff. Actually, the number of reviews mentioning the helpfulness of the staff was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for our stay, and I have to agree. Even before we arrived, Lucrezia was so helpful in arranging our transfer from Genoa airport, and also recommended and booked a restaurant for our first night's meal (a special one for my husband's birthday). Thank you to everyone at Hotel Stella - we had a truly amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. Had a truly restful and enjoyable stay. Had a room at the front of the hotel with a balcony. Spacious and comfortable with a good shower. Free parking outside the hotel. The staff were lovely. Spent a while talking to Giovanni in the reception who was really friendly and knowledgeable. Very close to the town centre - just a short pleasant walk. Highly recommended. Pleasant bar area also.
