"Very overpriced and no control of your room temperature"

Hotel staff control the temperature of the rooms as their older system can only provide all rooms with heat, air conditioning or a fan. As a result, my room was very warm, they would not put on the air conditioning as some other rooms complained of to cold so they suggested I open the window. A 5 star hotel????? Extremely overpriced for a room I can't control the temperature in. They will blame all of this on the government as an out but I did get 5 hours of air conditioning on my 3rd day of complaining.

Hotel controls room temperature as everyone gets air conditioning, heat or just a fan. Your control is just on or off with 3 fan speeds. Our room was very hot and we could not get air conditioning as rooms on the other side of the building were cooler.
