Hotel Minerva

Looks like this lovely hotel is owned and managed by a perfectionist who really cares about guest! We got an upgraded room, which was a really nice bonus! The room was clean and tidy, cleaning girls definitely take their job seriously and make it perfectly! Every detail in the room is carefully thought out for the comfortable stay. The breakfast is like in a 5 star hotel, has huge variety, super fresh and simply delicious! Reception and waitresses were very helpful, nice, friendly and welcoming. The hotel also has a private parking which is a huge plus for this location. Our stay here was just an amazing experience, thank you and we would love to come back one day!

We spent two nights here and had a great time. The hotel offers a nice rooftop terrace with a whirlpool and great view over the harbor. The owner was very helpful with our special request (dry diving gear over night) and prepared us early breakfast since we had to leave early. We would certainly stay here again.

Hotel Minerva is a prime example of how a perfect hotel should be. Amazing breakfast with alot to choose from, amazing service, close to restaurants and Portofino/Rapallo/Cinque terre. The cleaning is excellent, AC is good. Hotel Minerva is without a doubt where I would be staying when I come back. Recommend this hotel for everyone. Thank you very much Frederika & co.

A hidden jewel in the backstreets of Santa Margherita..... cool, clean and calm. Staff very welcoming and kind. Breakfast very tasty, nothing is too much trouble. Due to the pandemic, staff will serve anything you choose from the comprehensive breakfast list, on a tray. All this in a lovely little courtyard garden too.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist hervorragend geführt, alles perfekt sauber und gewartet. Sie sind sofort auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen, da wir Mobilfunk-Strahlungssensibel sind. Wermutstropfen waren die Corona-(FAKE)- Massnahmen, die dem Hotel kein Frühstücksbuffet erlauben und ihnen und den Gästen damit unendlich viel Aufwand und Mühe bereiten.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel everything was very nice the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was delicious and very nice the location was a little bit not easy to reach but I enjoyed everything

This is a terrific little hotel nestled upon a small hill just off the main road. It's very close to shops and restaurants and has wonderful amenities. The staff is exceptional and very attentive. I would guess that this may be a family ran hotel as the apartment in the courtyard is home to one of the terrific employees we met. The roof top spa is a MUST after a long day of walking/hiking. We walked to Portofino and hiked the Cinque Terra using this hotel as our base and the sauna, steam room and essential oil infused shower was a life saver. It's free to guests and just requires a reservation the day of. The spa experience was icing on the cake! Breakfast was perfect, nothing too fancy, just all the right stuff to get you started for the day. Again, the staff was always helpful and attentive. Our room was comfortable yet small as most are in the area. We had a little terrace overlooking the courtyard and surrounding homes on the hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Beim Empfang wird man sehr ausführlich informiert über alles Wissenswerte. Der Service ist rundum sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
