Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Das komplette Team ist sehr bemüht. Die absolute Service-Fee ist aber Marta von der Rezeption. So jemanden sieht man wirklich selten. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie merkt sich einfach alles und macht einfach alles möglich. Sie versprüht förmlich ihre Lebensfreude und ihre Liebe zu dem Beruf. So jemanden wie Marta an der Rezeption, wünscht sich vermutlich jeder Hotelmanager. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, so wie auch der Rest vom Hotel.
