Lovely room, location is good for getting out and about close to train station and bus station, short walk from shops and restaurants. Staff are very helpful, especially on reception, thank you for a wonderful stay, will be recommending to friends and family.

Great hotel, great service, centrally located. Had a great experience with Lorenzo the bartender. Great with customers, very knowledgable about the area, and made us feel very welcome. He is a great asset to your hotel!

"Relaxing and comfortable stay in a convenient location."

Very friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Wide choice of tasty hot and cold breakfast buffet items. Comfortable room with good albeit compact shower. Fantastic views across Bay of Naples to Mt Vesuvius from a number of rooms (506 in our case) on 5th floor. This hotel is in a great location for exploring Sorrento with convenient access to airport and coastal attractions’ bus services. Lift or many steps to the coastal/Capri ferries and seaside restaurants is also a short (15 mins) walk. A very enjoyable and relaxing 5 night stay.
