We weren’t hotel guests but called to see if we could use the pool. I had a few queries and each time I called the receptionist was super friendly. Visited on our last day in Sorrento. The pool was empty apart from us at 10.30am. Had the pool to ourselves mostly apart from around 4pm when hotel guests arrived. Lovely pool, view of Vesuvius. Pool staff super lovely. Panini big and delicious. €10 for the day without a towel, €13 with. Recommend.

Hotel close to the descent to the Marina, with parking, very good room, kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Great option in Sorrento, Italy!

There is only one elevator, and it takes a bit of time to go up and down during peak hours.

We had a great time at Hotel Central Wellness. A very warm welcome from the reception staff, a very nice room, and a location close enough to the centre but far enough away to feel a little bit calmer. The pool area was great and with some really good food and drink options from the bar. A nice breakfast room and a very friendly welcome each morning from Katerina! We also paid to use the spa for 50mins and it was a lovely relaxing environment. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was straight perfect. The hotel is super clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is outstanding. Would totally recommend this hotel for people staying in Sorrento. 10 minute walk to the the city center.
