Hotel Capri

A really lovely newly refurbished hotel that was clean and fresh. It had a relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection that really sets you up for the day. It is also perfectly located with just a short walk to everything you meed, shops, restaurants buses and trains. The added bonus for us to was that it was adults only. It really was the perfect base for us. Highly recommend.

Teresa is an absolute wonderful lady and hotel manager, all of the staff could not do any more for you and made us feel so welcome. They catered to every need, allowed my family to set up decorations for my 30th birthday, took their time to get to know us and why we were staying as well as giving each room a free bottle of champagne on the first night. The hotel is lovely and clean, very modern and just an overall gorgeous stay. The breakfast was amazing and the staff so polite and friendly!

Great service... always checking we were OK. Clean (take no notice of poor reviews!!!) Breakfast great easy access to sorrento centre. Always lounger available at pool and even though close to the road it feels secluded Thank you for our stay

Nice and clean hot

Visited Sorrento June/July 2025 with my husband and 18 yr old son. This hotel is brilliant, the staff (in particular Teresa) are all so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are a generous size, very modern and clean with everything you could need including air conditioning. Toiletries are included in the bathroom and a brilliant hairdryer (I find sometimes hotel hairdryers are poor, not this one). The small outdoor pool is a great addition, again very clean with comfortable loungers and seats and a small bar area with lovely staff. The location of this hotel is the best feature. Just along the road is Sorrento train and bus station and it is only a 5 minute walk to Corso Italia which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The marina area is also within walking distance. So with a lovely hotel, lovely staff and everything at your doorstep this is the perfect hotel if you are staying in Sorrento and wanting easy access to travel around this area of Italy. Highly recommended.

The facilities, location, breakfast and staff were all excellent. The selection at breakfast was extensive and food was of a high quality. The pool area was great and there was plenty of chairs and lounges around the pool area. The rooms (we had rooms with a balcony over the pool area) were well appointed and very comfortable. The manager was also excellent, checked on us regularly, and was very helpful when we needed advice.

The location was perfect, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. There iwas plenty of choice at breakfast. We will be going back 😃
