Terrazza Duomo

This hotel is not a resort, the main purpose is to be able to sleep well. There was a construction at night, no one was able to sleep the whole night. We had only 2 nights to spend in Amalfi, we were so tired specially the children and we all couldn’t sleep! This also spoiled the second day as we all were so tired as we didn’t sleep. The construction was planned and not sudden, they never informed us in advance nor they gave us another solution. The only thing they offered is a discount on launch and dinner!

Excellent location. Very nice hotel in the heart of the amazing village. RITA was exceptional; she made us feel at home and gave us a golden service. Her smiling all the times made a great difference. Helpful and kind, she answered all our questions.

There was a HUGE problem which the Hotel management / owners did not solve intentionally. Scaffolding / construction / renovation works with enormous noise was carried out ALL NIGHTS. For logistic reasons, no work was done during the day. I can categorically confirm that majority clients could not sleep all the nights. One person was pregnant and complaining. The management should have at least sent notices, or assist in relocating clients to other hotels or simply CLOSE the hotel during the construction period. A discount of 50% for lunch in the hotel restaurant was offered plus a 30% discount for dinner. Very disappointing. Clients were only informed about the problem when they physically reached the hotel, no refund was offered nor any proper compensation. Staff was not involved.

Poziția centrală, în fața Duomo di Sant' Andrea și portul aflat în apropiere. Terasa de la ultimul etaj al clădirii oferă o priveliște frumoasă către munți și către biserică. Camera a fost decorată cu bun gust și în stilul zonei.

Nu este vreun motiv să nu îți placă la Terrazza Duomo

Me hubiera encantado tener más vista al Duomo. La TV no la pudimos ver
