Best Western Hotel La Conchiglia

Personale di servizio molto attento e cortese. Livello dell'hotel nella media, senza lode e senza infamia. Colazione da rivedere. Probabilmente perche l'hotel era stato riaperto il giorno stesso.

Het hotel zou sluiten voor de winterperiode de dag na onze boeking. Dit vernamen we bij de receptie bij aankomst toen we een tweede nacht wilden boeken. Het hotel leek verlaten. Geen mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het restaurant zowel voor diner als voor ontbijt. We boekten de duurste kamer omwille van het prachtige uitzicht. Bij het betreden van de kamer was er geen warm water noch verwarming. Het was er meer dan kil, het was er koud. Na vraag werd het warm water aangezet maar we moesten twee keer vragen om de verwarming aan te zetten. In de morgen kon er 1 lauwe douche genomen worden maar voor een tweede douche was er geen water meer. Verre van een goede belevenis.

The view from our room of the Mediterranean was absolutely stunning, the sunsets and sunrise were breathtaking. Hotel was centrally located and had parking which was great since the streets are somewhat narrow. The hotel was exceptionally clean, their continental breakfast was awesome. Employees Massimo and Simona was so very kind and xo siderale. They were always available for any questions we had and their recommendations were great. The were so attentive to our needs we have to give them both a 10!! BW is very fortunate to have them on their staff! Thank you Massimo and Simona for all you do!!

Great hotel in the heart of Palinuro! Amazing aperitivo with beautiful view on the sea!

Only the location

The room was dirty. There was sand on the floor. In addition, we found a cockroach outside our door. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Very nice and central hotel on the main street, close to all shops. Clean and spacious with a pretty view onto the sea. Good price for value. Nice and friendly staff

Rooms and common spaces are quite outdated and could use some refurbishing. Room was small and mattress was very hard.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden im Zimmer hätte besser gereinigt werden können. Die Dusche im Bad ist klein, die Brause rutschte immer hinunter. Schöne Aussicht, gut geschlafen, aber etwas arbeit könnte man mal wieder investieren. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt
