Great location and a fabulous member of staff, Paolo

Our room was fabulous. The only issue was a walkway looking into our room- that was a photo opportunity place for hoards of influencers / weddings/ tourists generally

The staff were just simply incredible. From Paolo at concierge to Francesco and Antonio looking after us at the pool and beach. Their level of attention and amazing attitudes made all the difference from excellent to just unbelievable. But also to mention the view, the food and the room (501) sea view with balcony was an absolute experience. Plus we were given an upgrade for whatever reason that we weren't going to argue. These people know what they're doing. Well done.
