Une nuit blanche dans un hôtel censé garantir le repos de ses clients. Une fête d’anniversaire organisée au premier étage a généré un bruit incessant toute la nuit : musique forte, cris et claquements de portes. Impossible de dormir correctement, avec un réveil particulièrement difficile le lendemain. Le plus regrettable reste l’attitude de l’hôtel, qui a clairement privilégié l’événement au confort de ses clients. Aucune prise en compte de la gêne subie et aucun geste commercial. Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas aux personnes recherchant le calme et le repos. ——————— Una notte insonne in un hotel che dovrebbe garantire il riposo dei propri ospiti. Una festa di compleanno organizzata al primo piano ha provocato rumori continui per tutta la notte: musica ad alto volume, urla e continui sbattimenti di porte. È stato impossibile dormire e il risveglio del mattino è stato molto difficile. La cosa più deludente è che l’hotel ha chiaramente privilegiato l’evento rispetto al comfort dei clienti. nessuna attenzione per il disagio causato e nessun gesto commerciale. Un’esperienza molto negativa che sconsiglio a chi cerca tranquillità e riposo.

Tolle Lage, sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Zimmer mit Balkon aufs Meer. Man war zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt. Parkplätze kostenlos vor dem Haus. Schöner Ausganspunkt für Fahrten nach Amalfi, Pompeji, zum Vesuv

Personal an der Rezeption war über das touristische Umland nicht gut informiert (Wie kommt man auf den Vesuv? Eintritt, Parken, etc.) Englischkenntnisse können noch verbessert werden.

The room was tidy and comfortable, although it could benefit from some renovation. The view during breakfast was beautiful and made the mornings very enjoyable. Within a 10–15 minute walk, there are several cozy restaurants worth visiting.

The rooms and bathrooms are in need of renovation. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which affected the overall experience. Breakfast was very basic with limited choices. However, the hotel still offers fairly good value for money.
