La doccia piccola e la porta faceva difficoltà a chiudersi Letti troppo vicini non c'era spazio nemmeno per poter entrare Colazione con troppi panettoni ed erano anche duri da migliorare

Personale disponibile, stanze nella media, posizione buona, piscina carina, accesso alla spiaggia con stabilimento punto forte. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto

La colazione non ha un’ottima qualità, non ha opzioni inclusive senza lattosio e glutine. Pulizia non accurata della camera.

The location, the pool and spa areas, the balcony in the room

The hotel is mainly for the age 60+ and I felt I was in a old persons home. The spa offered a whole menu with many treatments. Yet when I wanted to book several things, I could only chose massage. After asking why I and complaining that the whole reason why I visited this hotel was the wide range of treatments, suddenly I had the chance to book a mud detox. The lady at the spa wasn’t understanding anything English and was yelling at me! I thought I booked two treatments and both were either deleted or changed the time without me knowing, so I wasted two days with appointments in the spa I didn’t have. Very bad experience!

L’Hotel Royal Terme è stata una piacevole scoperta. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: prima di partire pensavamo di noleggiare un’auto, ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. La zona dei ristoranti di Ischia Porto è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e, per le spiagge, la fermata dell’autobus si trova vicino all’hotel. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e pronto a fornire consigli utili. Un altro aspetto positivo sono le piscine termali e gli spazi esterni, ideali per concedersi qualche ora di relax quando si preferisce restare in struttura. Nel complesso, un hotel che unisce una posizione strategica, un’atmosfera rilassata e un servizio attento.

The pools were amazing.and the gardens were beautifull. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Extraordinary stay.
