I spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel in Ischia and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The entire place was spotless — from the rooms to the common areas — and the attention to cleanliness was remarkable. The hosts were simply amazing: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the administrator and receptionists to the room attendants, gardeners, and thermal pool caretakers, every single member of staff made me feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. The food was another highlight — delicious, typical Italian cuisine that felt both authentic and generous. Each meal was a real pleasure. Our room had a stunning balcony view of the Aragonese Castle, a sight I never grew tired of. Relaxing in the thermal waters and enjoying the beach with the crystal-clear Tyrrhenian Sea just steps away made the stay unforgettable. This hotel is a true paradise for anyone seeking relaxation, beauty, and genuine Italian hospitality. We will definitely return with great pleasure and highly recommend it to all tourists visiting Ischia.

Panorama stupendo, veramente un giardino, la stanza aveva qualche carenza, il problema più grande la mancanza di connessione internet, ma il problema era generale, nemmeno Tim prendeva. Gentile il personale, soprattutto l'infaticabile maitre Antonio. Le terme bellissime circondate da tantissimo verde di ogni specie.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo era alto, ma la vacanza, è stata meravigliosa, ripeto, la bellezza del posto, ha fatto dimenticare anche quello che non ha funzionato
