de kamers schoon en recent ingericht medewerkers en staf uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontbijt prima en uitgebreid Google maps kan de locatie moeilijk vinden

locatie buiten centrum, maar er is een mooie wandelroute langs de oude muur is handig naar het centrum

Not too far from the madding crowd, just 10mins from the wall. Turned up in the evening, expecting a hotel room but instead got a ground floor apartment, complete with garden and sun terrace. Very nice breakfast too on the terrace overlooking the pool. Had to ask for a kettle and cups on arrival, but other than that we were very sorry to leave for Florence.

La très bonne situation de l'hôtel, à proximité des remparts de Lucques, la qualité de l'accueil, le parking facile, la possibilité de louer des vélos, le très bon petit déjeuner près de la piscine.

"Excellent"

We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and the hotel and staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble, excellent customer service and they even dressed the room with flowers and balloons. The hotel is an easy 10/15 min stroll to the Center where all the restaurants are. The pool area is great with the hotel supplying the towels. Breakfast was good. Excellent from start to finish. Thank you.

Fint hotell utenfor bymuren i rolig område.

Det eneste negative med hotellet var at det er veldig lytt mellom rom og ut til gangen.

Soweit alles gut wie man es erwartet. Sehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal. E-Auto-Lademöglichkeit zu fairem kWh-Preis.

Nicht nachvollziehbar ist, dass das simple Spiegelei zum Frühstück mit EUR 5.00 extra berechnet wird.
