The room, the grounds the pool excellent. Breakfast superb.

The restaurant for an evening meal was a disappointment- not always available and the menu when we tried it once was rather lack lustre especially for this calibre of hotel. We had to find alternative places to eat which was not easy as the season had not yet started .

Die Lage und das Grundstück mit seinen Möglichkeiten (Tennis, Pool, Fahrradverleih, Garten) sind sehr schön.

Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer erhalten als reserviert und unser reserviertes Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Als Trostpreis gab es eine Flasche Prosecco. In der Villa (Haupthaus) hört man die Bar - welche bis 4 Uhr morgens in Betrieb war. Der/Die Besitzer sollten wieder mal mit offenen Augen und Ohren durch die Anlage / Gebäude laufen. Im Essensraum scheppert und knirscht der Lautsprecher (abgesehen davon dass an einem Tag nur 1 Lied im dauerschleife lief). Die Angestellten (Bar / Reception) verstecken sich hinter dem PC oder irgendwelchen Zetteln anstelle sich zuerst mal um die Gäste zu kümmern. Auf dem Prosecco haben wir über 35 Minuten gewartet.

Accoglienza, colazione ricca, cortesia e disponibilità del personale

Il cavo della TV staccato all’arrivo e la gestione dei programmi TV incompleta ( risolta dopo aver chiamato il personale); brusio di sottofondo notturno percepito in camera, dovuto probabilmente a qualche impianto esterno nelle vicinanze, forse piscina esterna.
