Design and decoration of the hotel was very good. Staff was amazing. Especially Roberto was very kind and helpful througout our stay.

The property is beautiful and the staff is great. Roberto checked us in and ensured we were comfortable. We even got a free upgrade. The breakfast is impeccable

The property exceeded my expectations! Very clean and modern. The team at the reception offered us a free upgrade on our room which was fabulous! Roberto the manager was very helpful with everything we needed including our transfer to the metro station. Definitely coming back soon

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room with the balcony was spacious and amazing—I loved the small details such as the sleep mask, eye mask, blow dryer, and L'Occitane products. The breakfast area is beautiful; however, the breakfast options are a bit limited. I would definitely come back to this hotel; it truly felt like home.

We took a standard room and an extra full bed for a 10-year-old child fit in there. We didn't feel cramped, the room was bright and pleasant, with a balcony. Next time we'll take a superlux room! The hotel is located in a quiet, calm and picturesque area. Beautiful hotel grounds, stylish design inside! There is a lot of greenery and beautiful trees on the territory. There are bicycles with a slight confusion with the keys. There is also a terrace for breakfast. In principle, there was something to eat at breakfast, a sufficient selection of fruits, there was papaya, which for me was a big improvement, watermelon, strawberries. Different yogurts, a varied choice on the menu. Nice cocktails for dinner. Next to the hotel there is a small store with delicious local food and fruits. Not far from the sea and beaches (5 minutes by bike) (!!! Separately, it was necessary to book everything in advance, which we were not told) 10 minutes by bike from the city center Friendly staff, but the service at the hotel needs to be greatly improved. But! I think we will back.

At breakfast everything is quite slow, sometimes there was only one waiter who could not cope with the full seating of only five tables. The coffee machine did not work well enough, as the coffee became cold almost immediately. Not enough vegetables, sometimes it seemed that the fresh juice that was brought from the kitchen was diluted. Dinner is a separate story, with some places not tasty food, unfortunately. Warm seafood salad is a heated canned assortment from a can, pasta is very al dente and has nothing in common with tasty Italian dishes. Not tasty. But there was a very tasty Milanese veal schnitzel and baked potatoes. Also from the cons, the lack of a private beach. All beaches are booked in advance and not at the lowest price, a gazebo with two sun loungers, a private table and four chairs cost 250 euros per day. And then we accidentally managed to book, as it was high season.
