The staff especially Nuncio and the gentleman that was on night shift were very kind and personable. They assisted us so well with every question!

The kindness of the staff was remarkable. I was there in a business trip but I will suggest also for holidays

Everywhere was clean and cared for. The parking space at the rear of the property was generous and felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant room, with a view to the sea, and a generous balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. The bathroom looked as if it had just been fitted! Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of storage space in the huge wardrobe! There was a lift to take us up to our floor. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items.

The signposting for the car park could have been better. The entrance is down a road just before you reach the hotel itself and with the one-way system in the streets around the hotel, if you drive past the hotel you have to go completely around the block in order to access it again. It would have been very useful to have a well-lit magnifying mirror in the room for applying make-up, etc. At night, it was possible to hear other guests in the corridors. I was glad that I had my ear-plugs with me! The only other thing is that although you can see the sea from the windows, there's quite an ugly-looking abandoned hotel to the side, which rather spoilt the view.

La struttura è pulita ed accogliente il personale simpatico e disponibile. La camera e' confortevole con un ampio balcone con vista sul mare. Peccato per il servizio spiaggia troppo caro.

overall the hotel was very nice, only three things we noticed to be improved: - little stress with parking (the hotel parking place was full all the time) - for breakfast we expexted some fresh fruit/vegetable - the sunbets on the picture are not included in the hotel stay and are for fee 40€ / day :-(

My room was clean and modern, the bathroom was spacious (huge vanity) and new. Although the bathroom was big the shower was narrow. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the bedding was rough. I also found the air conditioner in the room noisy and disturbed my sleep. My room had a view of the beach but directly in front of the hotel is an old, abandoned looking building which was kinda creepy. The pool was nice but the noise coming from the kitchen made the environment less relaxing. Overall a good value and solidly a 3 star hotel. Don’t come with high expectations and you won’t be disappointed. It is well maintained, clean and newly updated. Location is nice, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Marina de Pietrasanta.
