Städning varje dag och bra frukost. Trevlig petsonal. Aircondition.

Rummet var inte nyrenoverat så som anges i deras reklam. Badrummet var renoverat men inte rummet. Slitet ytskikt och slitna möbler. Gammalt täcke utan påslakan. Enbart ett lakan över. Obekväma sängar. Hotellets reklam luras. Därav blev vi mycket besviken på boendet.

The lady on reception was lovely and gave us a map and gave directions to the centre etc .

The photos are not a true reflection of the room I stayed in. It was a large mega basic room . It had a TV which was small in comparison to the room size. And altho I no this shouldn't be an issue in an Italian country there was no English speaking channels we couldn't even log into netflix it wouldn't allow us . We used the the hotel as a base for an early flight so we were not out late the evening before something to have on the tv would have been nice. We were street facing after I left I had noticed my booking had said I was to have an inner courtyard view. That's on me for not realising but the noise from the street was very loud , people traffic and motorbikes as well as noise from planes. This wouldn't have been such an issue but we had to leave the window open as it was so hot. When I booked I checked as always the hotel had air con. It did and there was a modern looking unit in the room. I went to reception to ask how I could use this and the lady told me due to city restrictions this couldn't be used until june1st. This was not mentioned when booking. It was so hot in the room even with the window open and the noise made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was in what looked like a cupboard in the room u had to step up into it. It was small and hot and I cant describe the smell. It was the strongest overpowering smell like a chemical as if trying to mask something else . Also it says there was sockets near the bed. The headboard had sockets but the plugs wouldn't stay in. The only other socket was near the door which was 1 socket with a 3 way adaptor in which already had the TV and fridge plugged in . Overall I'm really disappointed with the stay , friendly lady on reception but the hotel and room was a let down.
