Very convenient for the train station and town. Reception staff gave us a useful map and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

It would have been helpful to have some instructions for tv. The breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have some orange juice rather than the powdered orange drink they served.

Bra läge, 20 minuters promenad både från flygplatsen och sedan till lutande tornet. Tågstationen bara två minuter. Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal.

Något hårda sängar som kunde funkat men eftersom kuddarna var stenhårda så blev det väldigt obekvämt. Frukosten vara lite väl liten. Som skandinav vill man ha någon form av frukostbröd samt ägg och bacon men det fanns inte. Nästan bara sötsaker. Och en superlångsam kaffemaskin. Tips är att de borde haft en vattenkokare.

Just as expected, nice little clean hotel, pretty impressed with the room, size was good and bathroom was nice, got what we paid for. Staff were very nice. Can't complain really, perfect base for a Tuscan getaway. Can walk to the hotel from the airport, and the leaning tower is a 20 minute walk max, and best part is the train station is literally 120 seconds round the corner from which you can go anywhere, so very well located and connected hotel.

Breakfast was average at best, not much variety or choice but it does the job. A small word of caution on the area around the hotel - I must stress it wasn't a problem and we didn't have any problems whatsoever, and this cant be helped by the hotel. But the few blocks surrounding the hotel aren't the nicest in town, and my wife did feel a little uncomfortable once or twice as we walked back to the hotel of an evening, passing a few groups of men hanging around on the streets, plus the area just isn't as well kept as the main town across the river. But we didn't have any problems at all, but if you are a solo female traveller or a couple or small group of women, to feel more comfortable when walking back at night I'd recommend walking down to the train station, then walk to the hotel from there as its nicer around the train station and its a very short walk from there to the hotel, so just a word of advice but this does not affect our experience or rating of the hotel, and like I say the area isn't dangerous but I can understand why women in particular might feel a little uncomfortable around the area at night.
