"Double charge...very upset"

They charge me twice...on the credit card and in cash, i'm very upset nobody gave me an answer...neither the hotel and the web page customer care...disaster.... :(

"Voyage dans le temps"

Montecatini terme est une petite station thermale offrant une escale rafraîchissante et ombragée sur la route des sites touristiques toscans. L'hôtel Tonfini projette le visiteur dans une époque surannée digne des meilleurs épisodes de Don Camillo, la décoration n'a pas bougée depuis les années 60!!! Bonne étape économique qui fait du bien au porte-monnaie.

la struttura si pubblicizza con un parcheggio gratuito che in realtà non c'è in quanto sono tutti a pagamento o per residenti. il parcheggio gratuito si trova a 800 metri di distanza, la struttura dovrebbe essere rinnovata e la colazione appena sufficiente. le tre stelle sono un po' strappate
