La vue et le jardin

Hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel, l’hôtel est loin du centre-ville il faut prendre un transport obligatoirement

Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und es gibt auch genug Auswahl. Sobald etwas ausgeht, wird sofort nachgelegt. Die Anlage des Hotels ist wunderschön und sehr, sehr gepflegt.

Leider sind die Zimmer - die sehr groß sind - und das Bad schon lange in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Speisesaal ist recht alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Hotel liegt leider ziemlich außerhalb von Siena, sodass man immer ein Auto benötigt oder die Öffis verwendet.

"Un hôtel de charme"

hôtel charmant avec une vue splendide sur la campagne toscane, de nombreux jardins, terrasses, piscine, des espaces de vie, un bar ouvert 24/24. Très bon accueil et service à la fois agréable et prévenant. Réception très efficace, beaucoup de bons conseils. Un lieu parfait à l'écart de Sienne (15 minutes en taxi, 30 minutes en bus) si l'on veut profiter du calme le soir.

La restauration : le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est clairement pas au niveau. Le petit-déjeuner, correct, gagnerait également à être amélioré. Service néanmoins très sympathique et efficace au restaurant.
