Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem 7-taegigen Aufenthalt.Besonders hervorzuheben die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, allen voran die beiden Damen an der Rezeption S. und F. und das gute Frühstück.

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

"Pleasant stay"

The hotel was nice and pleasant, well connected by urban bus services despite being far from the historic center (well... no super far, 20' walk). The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and very fresh options. The staff were kind and attentive, in particular the young man who helped me book a ticket for an opera concert. They also offered a thoughtful compensation for the small issue we had, which I’ll enjoy with someone special.

The room didn’t really feel like a true 3-star accommodation and was located in a building separate from the main hotel. The shower had a problem that couldn’t be fixed immediately due to needing special parts.
