What a great hotel! We were welcomed with open arms by a very cheerful and accommodating staff. Parking was a breeze- directly across the street- very much appreciated! This is why you stay outside the city walls! The big plus about this hotel is that it’s only a few steps from these unbelievable escalators that go up 5 flights to the old city! Convenient, easy and no stress!!!! Breakfast is typical Italian hotel fare. There is a hotel restaurant which is fine and very reasonable. Closed on Sunday night. Nice little garden to sit and sip wine. You can get espresso/cappuccino all day in the lobby. Very nice! Good elevator. Very clean in all areas. Slept ok, but we were on the road side- occasionally noisy. Ask for a room at the back. Bed could have been more comfortable. Great shower! A special shout out to Andrea who was ever present, helpful and made great espresso!

AC was a little tough to figure and it didn’t always cool well, but sufficient. Bed a little hard and pillows pretty flat.

Hotel je na izuzetnom mjestu! Preko puta su pokretne stepenice s kojima ste brzo u jezgri grada. Parking je odličan, siguran. Osoblje je izrazito ljubazno, od osoblja na recepciji, osoblja kod doručka, do sobarica i spremačica. Svi su vrlo uslužni, srdačni, nasmijani. Susretljivi, ali nenametljivi. Bili smo s psom i on je dočekan s jednakom pažnjom. Sve je bilo uredno, čisto. S velikom brigom i ljubavlju obavljaju svi svoj posao. Imate osjećaj kao da su samo vas čekali :). Svakako ćemo se vratiti ponovno! Hvala svima u hotelu što nam je boravak bio tako lijep!
