Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows in my room. Unacceptable for the price paid.

My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and loved our stay! The hotel and town are absolutely stunning! All members of staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming, we really felt at home during our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, breakfast at the hotel was excellent and more than we could have asked for. We felt the hotel had a very calm and inviting atmosphere and was such a lovely place to spend time, both throughout the day and in the evening. I would recommend anyone to visit if they get the chance, it was perfect! x

Both my wife and I spend 4 nights at Relais Vignale for our honeymoon and it was truly the most beautiful and perfect stay. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with Relais Vignale and the town of Radda, so much so we didn't empty our cases for the first 2 hours as we were wandering and taking lots of beautiful pictures. Not only was the hotel authentic and gorgeous, the staff (especially Serena and Eleanora) could not have been more helpful and welcoming, it was lovely to get to know all the staff throughout our stay. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the town. Speaking of the views, there is nothing that compares. Be that from the town or from Relais Vignale, the views are breath taking being surrounded by the Tuscan hills. The amenities at the hotel are wonderful, with a fantastic breakfast in the morning with a huge variety or fresh fruit, pastries and hot food with all the Italian coffee you could imagine. Dinner was impeccable and while we had wonderful meals out in Radda, the night we ate in the hotel was of the highest standard, the service and quality of the food was second to none. The atmosphere in the evening was relaxed and peaceful and the subtle background music allowed you to relax with a nice glass of wine and take in what a truly beautiful place this is. Thank you to everyone at Relais Vignale for making this the most wonderful holiday and we have already booked to return next year for longer. Unglaublich schöne Anlage mit viel Liebe und Fürsorge ausgestattet. Wir haben die Toscana-Landschaft vom Pool, Restaurant und unserem Zimmerbalkon genießen können. Auch das Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant ist eine Freude für die Geschmacksnerven :D Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt geplant!

Die Rezeptionistinnen am An- u. Abreisetag waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Bei der Ankunft habe ich höflichkeitshalber gefragt, ob ich unser Auto auf einem der drei gegenüber dem Eingang situierten als Hotel- u. Behindertenparkplätze ausgewiesenen Abstellplätze stehen lassen kann. Wir verfügen über einen entsprechenden europäischen Ausweis aufgrund der jahrzehntelangen Rheumaerkrankung meiner Frau und überdies ist sie aufgrund eines aktuellen Beckenbruches mit zwei Gehkrücken nur sehr eingeschränkt mobil und kann kaum Stiegensteigen. Da zu musste der Manager befragt werden, was nach dem Einchecken über weitere zwanzig Minuten Wartezeit im Stehen bedeutete. Vergessen sie das Restaurant! Der einzige der hier etwas auf dem Kasten hat, ist der Meister am Grill! Seine Gerichte sind sehr fein und perfekt zubereitet. Der Rest ist ein einziges Ärgernis. Zur Weinauswahl: Zuerst werden einem die Hausweine in aufdringlicher Art nahegelegt. Diese werden von uns mehrfach in gutem Italienisch und höflich abgelehnt. Auf mehrfache Bitte wird die Weinauswahl auf dem "Tablet" unwillig gebracht. Nach der Auswahl eines Weiß- und eines Rotweines, stellt sich heraus , dass der Großteil der präsentierten Weine gar nicht verfügbar ist. Ein weiteres Ärgernis waren über 10 Fake-Emails teils direkt an unsere Privatadresse oder als Nachricht der Unterkunft im "booking.com" Account mit der Aufforderung zur raschen Bestätigung per Link, da ansonsten die Reservierung verfällt. Absender immer Relais Vignale & Spa. Die Rezeption wurde bereits vor unserer Ankunft mittels direkter Email und Screenshots informiert. Lapidare Rückantwort war ein Email, dass es sich um keine autorisierten Nachrichten handle und man nicht darauf reagieren solle. Aus bisherigen Berichten von Konsumentenschutzorganisationen konkret Booking. com und diese Vorkommnisse betreffend, wissen wir, dass in der Regel die nicht ausreichend abgesicherten Hotelbetriebe die Schwachstellen im System für die kriminellen Machenschaften Dritter sind.
