It was clean.

The property itself is extremely run down and in need of maintenance. The photos displayed in this listing are not accurate for what you are booking. I have a photo of the room below but you can see the stains and worn out decor. The venue is beside a derelict building. The outdoor pool is seasonal and was not open which was not clearly mentioned what they categorise as seasonal (it was 30 degrees at the end of May and it wasn’t open). The staff were incredibly rude, we asked multiple times to have the air con fixed as it was 30 degrees and we couldn’t sleep due to the heat, having to shower multiple times throughout the night to cool off and get rid of sweat. It only blew out hot air and when I asked for the third time for it to be fixed, the staff member appeared annoyed at us asking her to do her job. There was a man loitering outside our rooms which made us uncomfortable (the staff did nothing when mentioned to them), one of our group’s tv turned on in the middle of the night full volume even though the remote was on the other side of the room and the bathroom flooded every time you had a shower as in the other room. Very disappointing as we were excited for a relaxing get away but the value for money is not worth it. Would not recommend.
