Colazione ok e posizione della struttura centrale

La struttura e la stanza risultano un po’ datate e avrebbero sicuramente bisogno di un ammodernamento. Reputo inoltre che questa struttura possa essere gestita in modo migliore. La sauna a infrarossi è stata accesa solo da metà pomeriggio. Per di più, a differenza di molte altre strutture, non è previsto l’obbligo di utilizzare le cuffiette nelle piscine e soprattutto, la clientela non viene in alcun modo informata o sensibilizzata su questo aspetto. Abbiamo riscontrato una totale assenza di personale addetto al controllo delle aree comuni. Questo porta inevitabilmente a una situazione di caos, spesso aggravata dal comportamento poco rispettoso di alcuni ospiti. Desidero aggiungere anche una nota riguardo ai trattamenti: è difficile comprendere come la struttura questo possa avere solamente due persone addette alle prenotazioni. Nel nostro caso, una delle addette aveva terminato il turno e l’altra era in malattia, rendendo impossibile ricevere assistenza. Consiglio vivamente di riorganizzare completamente la gestione della SPA.
