Hotel molto bello, situazione un un palazzo storico in pieno centro. Posizione comodissima. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Colazione super per qualità, varietà e quantità.

Perfect location. Outstanding breakfast. Helpful staff

The best part of our stay was the buffet breakfast which was offered in the only room which displayed any vestiges of the original building which from the half-moon entrance window purports to date from 1786. We were booked to stay for two nights but we had to cut it to one night due to an error on our side. The hotel begrudgingly offered us a refund of €30. The location is undoubtedly and rightly so one of its main draws.

We had been warned that there were substantive building works ongoing. Our room had one window which looked onto the service well which was full of scaffolding. Even if the scaffolding hadn't been there it would have been a depressingly dark room. The room itself has been 'cleansed' of any historical architectural detail. It could as easily have been a budget hotel with standardised units and stud work. They maintain they have parking but their space is limited to seven cars. So, if you visit Perugia by car and choose to stay in this hotel be prepared to schlep your bags some distance from the nearest public car park.
