Great deal if you plan to stay in Assisi for a few days.

Ottimo hotel

If the room is not in the main building, but in the cottage, during the winter season it's not so comfortable to reach the wellness centre wearing only the bathrobe or similar.

Beautiful property and very conformable rooms. Excellent dining and breakfast with good attention to detail. Definitely recommend.

Rooms could use some updating, but very clean. Breakfast is limited with mostly pastries. Food at the hotel restaurant is just ok. Location is good. Walkable to Assisi. We were lucky to get a room with balcony and wonderful view, however our friends had no view.

A beautiful place to stay if you are visiting Assisi. The Tili Organic winery is only a 5 minute drive and that was a hidden gem. You can drive from hotel to parking lot to go see the Basilica. Quiet & beautiful property.

Hotel La Terrazza is easily one of the best hotels I’ve experienced in Italy. Having visited the country four times, I’ve yet to find a more accommodating and welcoming place. Everything was flawless for the group of 26 people I brought on a pilgrimage to Assisi. From the start, the personal touch was evident, with the owner himself handling our check-in and being present daily throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. My experience was exceptional in every way, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Assisi and another stay at Hotel La Terrazza.

The good Location just outside Assisi, only 10 - 20 mins walk to St Claire church, supermarket en route. Has WiFi which was best in reception. Pretty Pool area but was too cold to use. Got upgraded to the 3rd floor after returning to reception re original room very dark (ground floor) windows opened onto a view of a wall with heating exit vents, so wasn’t happy keeping them open (try to avoid using aircon when possible). There is a lift. Great views as requested from bedroom and bathroom windows. Spacious shower, good pressure. THE best Aperol Spritzer in Assisi made by v friendly lady receptionist! There is a Bar & restaurant on site. Great variety of foods at breakfast beautifully presented eg fruit, yoghurts, cereal, breads, cake etc Some staff were very friendly despite my very limited Italian. Has parking. Not so good Had 2 evening meals which were sadly disappointing and bread was stale. FYA very little choice if you do not eat red meat. Grilled vegetables cooked unimaginably. Fish had lots of bones, served lukewarm. Cannot order a glass of wine at dinner, minimum is a small bottle. Was shown an unmade single room which looked v small and dark, so recommend checking what room you are booking. Manager was sometimes friendly but sometimes came across as angry (stress?), which I found a bit unnerving. Noticed small black bugs (like miniature beetles) in corridor.

One of the more beautiful stays of our trip. You could walk out our back door and pool was steps away. The view was gorgeous and it was peaceful. The only negative was parking. We were told we would have to drive 1/4 mile(?) down the hill and park and walk back up. No offer for a ride or shuttle. However there was a parking lot next to the hotel with empty spots which was not even mentioned. Also watch out for the hammock. Tried to sit in it and it threw me right out.
