All good. The highlight of this hotel is their personel. Friendly, helpful and well organised. Hotel is on a tired side, would need some improvements here and there. Central location wins. Breakfast basic. Didn't get my scrambled eggs, so bit dissapointed. If the price is right and you want to be close to everywhere in Assisi, go for it.

Basic breakfast. Doors did not shut, you had to turn the key to close them (from the inside, as well as the outside)
